Welcome to the UNSC Spirits of Fire! We are a small group of gamers tired of getting matched with idiots, jackasses, chauvinists, and ignorant racists. We are looking for mature* gamers who feel the same way and are looking for fun, competitive games with fellow Spirits and other clans/communities. We understand that life comes before gaming and do not expect members to be on all day and night. If this sounds like the clan for you, head over to our forum, register, and introduce yourself in the Spirits of Fire “Soundoff” section.
Rules…well…more like guidelines:
- You are NOT your rank in Halo.
- DON’T talk about your Halo 3 rank.
- We DON’T “call” weapons, we ask for them.
- ALL games should end with a “Good Game.”
*Mature implies the mental capacity to understand that video games are just games and have no bearing on what goes on in your life.

Does 26 count as mature? Sure it does… as far as gamers go.
I think 26 should be ok, as technically you are 4 months older than I am. My buddy Jon and I just got sick of constantly playing with jackasses in MP. A lot of the other clans have either too many members, or a pretty rigorous entry period. We just wanna have fun with cool people looking for a good game. If you haven’t stopped by the forum yet, you should. Its still in the works too, but its getting there.

This, by the way, is a brilliant idea. I also tire of ‘undesirables’ in Halo 3 matchmaking.
My only suggestion to the guidelines would be this:
1) Don’t talk about your Halo 3 rank.

I appreciate what you guys stand for. Idiots such as the ones you are describing are the reason I almost never venture into matchmaking alone (That, and it’s just more fun to play with people you already know).
It is for this very reason that I’ve been rolling with the folks over at Tiedtheleader.com for the last six months… regardless of the fact that I will probably never join their clan ranks (and quite possibly any other clan).
